Annmarie has been on the healing path as a student and a teacher for over 20 years. She teaches yoga and mindfulness based out of Los Angeles's Topanga Canyon, where she is nestled in nature and sources strength from the quietness and peace of the native Chumash mountains.
Annmarie is a health and wellness guide supporting people to feel their very best and most vibrant selves. She takes people on a journey of healing and wholeness through yoga, meditation, nutrition, and heart opening music. She works one on one with clients creating programs best suited for their specific needs, as well as with groups in classes and retreats.
Annmarie performs sacred music concerts and leads yoga and wellness retreats around the world. She has taught yoga and played music at many yoga and music festivals including Bhakti Fest, Bali Spirit Festival, Bhakti Love Reunion Festival, Lightning in a Bottle, and Moksha Festival. Find out more.

We align the bones safely and intelligently so the body becomes a conduit for Prana Life Force to awaken and flow through our very being. We use our breath to balance the mind, and flow fresh energy and oxygen through our blood stream, nourishing our cells and revitalizing our very essence. We use mindful intention to align ourselves- practicing loving kindness, patience, compassion, and a supportive way of being at home in our own skin.
